 Liu Xiangzhi, from Taoyuan, Hunan Province, was born in 1968 and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as Director of the Calligraphy and Painting Academy of the China Commercial Development Federation, Vice President of the China Modern Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association, and Council Member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, as well as Executive President of the Beijing Changde Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of Xiangzhi Culture (Beijing) Co., Ltd. During his military service, he was awarded the Third-Class Merit. After returning to civilian life in 1989, he worked for the Taoyuan County People's Government for nine years, after which he came to Beijing with great passion and successively pursued a postgraduate program at the High-Level Research Class of the Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University, and an MBA at Renmin University of China. Since engaging in China's cultural industry in 2006, he has significantly promoted its development and made substantial contributions to China's cultural industry. Invited to attend the China Economic Reform (Internal) Seminar  Mr. Liu Xiangzhi has been invited by the State Council as a special guest to attend successive China Economic Reform (Internal) Seminars, alongside deputy ministerial-level leaders such as the Vice Premier of the State Council, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, CEOs of major banks, and economic scholars and experts, jointly offering advice and strategies to promote national economic development.
