Yang Lun, style name Zilong. Native of Hunan Province, he has been practicing calligraphy and painting since childhood. Now at the age of fifty-five, he has been studying calligraphy and painting for more than fifty years. His preference in calligraphy is seal script, clerical script, and Zhangcao style, following the ancient traditions of Zhong and Wang. In Chinese painting, he mainly studies flowers and birds.
