Personal Profile

Yang Rongping, courtesy name Hanjiang, studio name Ban Shi Zhai Master, is from Shiyan, Hubei Province. He graduated from Hubei Institute of Fine Arts and has previously studied at Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts, Rongbaozhai Academy of Painting, Beijing Xiangtang Yaji, and Huaxia Hao Danqing Master Class. He has studied under renowned artists Zhu Ling, Zhao Zhunwang, Zhang Peiwu, and Liu Liyong, and currently serves as a council member of the Zhu Ling Landscape Research Association, a specially invited painter at the Beijing Shanglinyuan Art Museum, and a painter in Zhao Zhunwang’s studio at Rongbaozhai Academy of Painting. Mr. Yang Rongping’s works inherit tradition while drawing inspiration from nature, absorbing the strengths of various masters to form his own distinctive style, which has received widespread acclaim in the market.
