Hometown: Yidu City, Yichang, Hubei Province; native of Hunan Changsha. Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Art Design from the School of Design and Art, Changsha University of Science and Technology; holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law from China University of Political Science and Law. Renowned contemporary artist, painter, and calligrapher; member of the Communist Party of China. Guest professor and master’s supervisor at the School of Design and Art, Changsha University of Science and Technology. Currently serving as Standing Director of the National Environmental Art Expert Committee, China Construction Culture and Art Association; member of the China Small and Medium Business Enterprise Association; director of the China Art Society; Deputy Secretary-General of the Calligraphy and Painting Professional Committee, China National Architecture Research Society; director of the Hunan Cultural and Creative Industry Association; director of the Hunan Gift Industry Chamber of Commerce; member of the Hunan Artists Association; member of the Hunan Calligraphers Association; director of the Hunan Bidding and Tendering Association; Vice Chairman of the Changsha Modeling Association.
