Personal Profile

Zeng Fanguo holds a university degree. He is a renowned Chinese painter, calligrapher, art critic, and photographer. Pen name: Xue Zhi Yun. Member of the Chinese Prose Society. Researcher at Hubei Academy of Spatial Art. Enjoys literature and art; member of the Wuhan Writers Association and Wuhan Artists Association. Engages in poetry, calligraphy, painting, and seal carving. In 2017, he attended the first advanced training class for art teachers organized by the Jingzhou Artists Association; his work "Cuiyun Dawn Moon" received high praise and was exhibited at the Fifth Hubei Art Festival. From 2018 to 2019, he completed the first advanced training class in theory and practice offered by the Hubei Academy of Chinese Painting. His painting "Ancient Charm" was displayed in the academy exhibition; Director Chen Dihe praised it as: "Grand aura, masterly brushwork." In 2018, his calligraphy entry won the silver award at the finals of the "China's 11th Chongyang Festival Calligraphy and Painting Competition," hosted by Calligraphy Newspaper, held in Fujian's Taining. In 2019, his work "The Great Way After Autumn Rain" received widespread acclaim at the graduation exhibition of the Hubei Academy of Chinese Painting.
