Song Weiguo

Song Weiguo, born in 1951, is from Luoyang and a professional calligrapher. He previously served as the院长of Songyang Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Vice President of the National Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Deputy Director of the Professional Calligraphy Committee of Henan Province, an expert member of the editorial board of the "Collectibles" magazine, and the designated producer of cultural and artistic gifts for the Communist Party of China Henan Provincial Committee, Henan Provincial Government, and Henan Provincial People's Political Consultative Conference. He has been exhibited or won awards multiple times in national large-scale competitions organized by the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Xiling Seal Engravers' Society, and the Ministry of Culture. He is currently a member of both the Chinese Calligraphers Association and the Henan Calligraphers Association.
