Li Yabin

Li Yabin, style name Yan You. From Kaifeng City, Henan Province, currently a member of the China Calligraphers Association. Special聘书法家 at Zhejiang Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and院长 of Kaifeng Moxiang Calligraphy and Painting Academy. Passionate about calligraphy art since childhood, he was taught in his early years by renowned calligrapher Gao Lihong, and later became a disciple of China's famous calligraphy appraiser and mounting master Wu Tianfang, further deepening his understanding of calligraphy art. He excels in running script, clerical script, and cursive script. His works have won numerous awards domestically and are collected by the Toyota City Museum in Japan and the Jakarta Chinese Culture Museum. His clerical script is elegant and grand; his cursive script flows like clouds and water, forming a unique style.
