Personal Profile

Guo Wenfeng, formerly known as Wenfeng, with the art name Yuweng, is from Huaiyang County, Henan Province. He graduated from the Department of Fine Arts at Hebei Vocational College of Art in 2003. He studied under the renowned ink-and-wash painter Lu Yunian and Luo Jingquan. On his journey of exploring fine arts, he received direct instruction and guidance from Professor Liu Pandong, a master’s thesis advisor at Henan University, and Professor Wu Jinming, former Party Secretary of the Art College at Kaifeng University. Currently: National First-Class Artist, State Gift Painter, Vice Chairman of China Association for Art Talent, Party Secretary of Henan Confucius Institute of Calligraphy and Painting, Member of Henan Artists Association, Member of Henan Calligraphers Association, Research Fellow of the Chinese Elderly Art Research Society, Honorary Chairman of Huaiyang City Artists Association, Consultant of Xiangcheng City Artists Association.
