Personal Profile

Guo Kuangwei, styled Moren, is from Luoyang, Henan Province, a member of the Luoyang Calligraphers Association, a member of the Henan Provincial Association of Chinese Painters and Calligraphers, and a member of the China Calligraphy and Painting Education Society. He is also a contracted artist of the China Contemporary Masters Art Academy... He has been devoted to calligraphy since childhood, diligently studying various classical models, and for many years has persistently practiced, mastering the brushwork of Liu Bingsen, excelling in clerical script, as well as running and regular scripts... He has been appointed as Art Director of the Sotheby's Cultural Arts Development Center and currently serves as Deputy Director of the Henan Branch of the Shaoshi Mountain Chan Calligraphy and Painting Academy.
