Lin Changsheng, born in 1962 in Kaifeng, uses the pen name "Moyuan" and his studio is named "Zuiyu Tang." He is a designer and a member of the Kaifeng Artists Association. He studied under Professor Liu Pantong from Henan University. He specializes in ink-wash figure and bird-and-flower painting, with a particular fondness for depicting ink-wash carp. In 2012, he participated in the "Magnificent China" National Calligraphy and Painting Competition commemorating the Four Sages and won the Gold Award, being honored with the title of "Top 100 Masters of Inheriting Classical Art." In April 2019, his ink painting "Qun Long Chengxiang" was selected for the 24th Provincial Exhibition of New Artworks. His works have been repeatedly selected for exhibitions within and outside the province and have won awards; they are collected by institutions, individuals, and art enthusiasts.
