Personal Profile

Wu Huifang, male, born in 1959, native of Xin’an County, Henan Province. Graduated from Luoyang Normal College in 1980. Member of Henan Calligraphers Association, member of China Large-Character Calligraphy Art Research Association, and member of China Musicians Association. Formerly served as a high school teacher, Deputy Director of County Education Bureau, Director of Culture Bureau, Director of Cultural Relics Bureau, Director of Transportation Bureau, and Vice Chairman of County Calligraphers Association. Has been passionate about calligraphy since childhood; his works have won awards multiple times in national, provincial, and county-level events, and he won third place in the Second International Large-Character Calligraphy Competition in 2010.
