Personal Profile

Gao Zhan, born in 1956, holds a bachelor's degree and works as a teacher. He is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association and a first-class calligrapher. He is also a member of the Henan Provincial Directly-Administered Calligraphers Association, a director of the Jinshui District Calligraphers and Painters Association in Zhengzhou City, an academician of the Henan Branch of the People’s Academy of Painting, an academician of the Henan Great Wall Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and a member of the Shenqiu County Senior Calligraphy Research Association. He has participated in numerous national, provincial, and municipal calligraphy and painting exhibitions and won awards, including an Excellence Award at the 3rd Chinese Fine Arts Competition Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition. His calligraphy works have been published and collected by newspapers such as the Senior Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper and Zhengzhou Daily. He has frequently participated in charity fundraising, donation, and poverty alleviation activities organized by provincial charitable institutions and municipal social organizations. He is enthusiastic about public welfare and passionate about calligraphy art creation.
