Liu Xiaohui

Liu Xiaohui, male, born in 1992, native of Luoyang, Henan, graduated from the Art Department of Henan University of Science and Technology, furthered studies at Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts. Currently member of Henan Branch of China Artists Association, member of China Calligraphers and Painters Association, member of Luoyang Artists Association, young calligrapher and painter of Luoyang, painter at Luoyang Ancient Capital Painting Academy, specially appointed painter at Jiyuan Moyuan Painting Academy. Proficient in figure painting, specializes in bird-and-flower painting, also skilled in landscape painting; later received guidance from Mr. Zhao Haikuan, Chairman of Henan Artists Association and member of China Artists Association. Possesses solid and profound traditional foundation. His works are meticulous yet not rigid, detailed yet not cloying. His artistic language appeals to both refined and popular tastes, offering viewers aesthetic enjoyment and artistic edification. His works have won awards multiple times in national, provincial, and municipal competitions.
Artistic Experience:
In 2014, selected twice for exhibitions organized by Henan Artists Association;
In 2016, selected twice for exhibitions organized by Henan Artists Association, one of which received the Outstanding Award (highest prize);
In 2018, selected once for an exhibition organized by Henan Artists Association, and received the Collection Award.
