Wei Jie, from Luoyang, Henan. Graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Completed the “National Training Program” Advanced Study Class at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2016. Member of Henan Provincial Artists Association, Committee Member of Oil Painting Art Committee of Luoyang Artists Association, Director of Luoyang Oil Painting Society, Member of the Art Education Center Group of Luoyang Municipal Education Bureau, and Head of the Art Teaching and Research Group at Luoyang No. 46 Middle School.
