Personal Profile

Zang Hanping, originally named Zang Yu, English name Anne, a Chinese painter and calligrapher residing in Europe, was born in 1989 in Kaifeng. She is a National First-Class Artist, council member of the Chinese Women's Painting and Calligraphy Academy, and specially appointed lecturer at Oxford Institute of Art. She has traveled to over 20 countries and regions across Europe, creating a large number of sketches reflecting grassroots life in Europe. The Ministry of Culture of China, the Chinese Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, and other organizations have awarded her multiple honorary titles including "World Renowned Artist" and "Pride of Chinese Art".
