Li Honglin, male, born in 1957 in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province.

Currently holds the positions of:
Standing Director of the China National Painters Association;
Vice Chairman of the Jiaozuo Artists Association;
Honorary President of the Jiaozuo Landscape Painting Research Society;
Dean of the Huaizhou Chinese Painting Academy in Jiaozuo.

Mr. Li Honglin is a landscape painter deeply versed in traditional Chinese culture. His uniqueness lies in his ability to subtly infuse the profound philosophical essence of Chinese culture into his paintings, achieving unexpected artistic effects through the interplay of yin-yang, void and substance, openness and closure, density and sparseness, thereby gaining deeper insight into the principle of “harmony between heaven and humanity” in landscape painting.

Published works include: “Honglin Painting Album,” “Li Honglin Painting Collection,” and “Li Honglin Landscape Painting Collection,” among others.

His representative work, “There Is a Path on the Cliff,” was selected for the 13th National Art Exhibition and chosen as a Beijing-bound exhibit. It also won the Gold Award at the 13th Henan Provincial Art Exhibition.
The work “There Is a Path on the Cliff” was exhibited in a touring exhibition at the National Art Museum of China, Shandong Art Museum, Hunan Art Museum, and Shanghai Art Palace.
The work “Through Mountains and Valleys” won an Excellence Award at the “Transportation Cup” National Calligraphy and Painting Competition organized by the China Artists Association.
The work “Ancient Green Ravines Flowing Through Millennia” was selected for the national exhibition “Only Upon Entering Sichuan Does One Truly Understand the Richness of Painting,” organized by the China Artists Association.
The work “A Song for Heroes from High Mountains” was shortlisted for the national exhibition “Ink of Shenmu,” organized by the China Artists Association.
