Zhao Qingmei

Zhao Qingmei, a calligrapher and painter from Luoyang, was born in August 1972. She graduated from the Fine Arts College of Henan University in 1995, under the tutelage of Professor Liu Yanyong, a renowned Chinese painter. She is a senior high school art teacher, an excellent teacher in Luoyang City, an outstanding head teacher at the municipal level, and a backbone teacher in Henan Province. She is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, a member of the Henan Artists Association, a director of the Luoyang Women's Painting and Calligraphy Academy, a member of the Women Artists Association, a member of the Luoyang Branch of the Chinese Sketching Association, the vice president of Yumo Hall Painting and Calligraphy Academy, and the president of Moyun Pavilion Painting and Calligraphy Academy. She excels in meticulous figure painting, flowers and birds, and landscapes, with works that are fresh, elegant, and refined.
