 Liu Ming, also known as Liu Tianming, with the pseudonym "Yaoshun River Man," resides in Dongcun Street, Dongzhou Township, Lushan County.
Currently holds the following positions:
Henan Province Calligraphers Association Member
Vice President of China Zhengzhou Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute
Since childhood, Liu Ming has been fond of clerical script (Lishu). His military service provided him with an environment to study and practice calligraphy. Especially over the past decade, based on in-depth study of ancient and modern calligraphic masterpieces, he has inherited the essence of the Han Dynasty Cao Quan Stele—“graceful and elegant, refined and charming”—while gradually developing his own unique clerical script style. Industry experts have praised his works as “appealing to both refined and popular tastes.”
Personal Honors
His works have won four gold awards, two outstanding gold awards, four first prizes, and one outstanding work award in national calligraphy and painting competitions held in Henan, Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hunan, and Jiangxi, and have been collected by multiple authoritative institutions.
