Li Jiang, styled Zhejing, known as Yunshan Jushi, is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Henan Provincial Calligraphers Association, and Henan Seal Carving Association; he serves as Executive Vice President of the Central Plains Traditional Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Academician of the Wu Daozi Painting Academy, and Full-time Lecturer at Shanlin College. Born in 1948 into a scholarly family, he holds a college diploma and is a member of the Communist Party of China. Passionate about calligraphy since childhood, he has devoted over forty years to relentless practice, studying extensively from renowned masters’ works and diligently researching regular script, running script, clerical script, and seal script. He combines theory with practice, keeping pace with the times while adhering to timeless principles, and has studied under calligraphy masters such as Zhang Ji, Wang Xueling, Li Youlai, and Chen Tianran. He has participated in national calligraphy competitions and has been selected and awarded multiple times.
