Personal Profile

Wang Qiwu, male, Han ethnicity. Born in December 1946 in Mengjin, Henan. Graduated in 1970 from Wuwei Water Conservancy School in Gansu, with a secondary vocational education. Currently a member of the Henan Calligraphers Association and the National Senior Calligraphers Association. A contemporary pragmatic school calligrapher. Since childhood, learned calligraphy from his father, practiced extensively in various styles including Yan, Liu, Ouyang, Zhao, and Wei scripts, specializing in running and cursive scripts. His works have won multiple awards in calligraphy exhibitions and have been collected by organizers.
