Heilongjiang Province Artists Association Member,Deputy Director of the Office, Cultural and Art Activities Center, Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress Organs,Research Fellow, Harbin Academy of History and Culture.In 1983, he became a disciple of painter Liu Yamin and Yu Zhixue, the founder of ice-and-snow landscape painting, to study traditional landscape painting and ice-and-snow landscape painting techniques.
