Wang Xing
Wang Xing, male, born in 1967 in Haolun, Heilongjiang Province, pen name: Master of Moyuan Studio, studio name: Moyuan Studio.
Currently a member of the Heilongjiang Branch of the China Artists Association;
Council member of the Beidahuang Artists Association;
Deputy Director of the China Landscape Research Center;
Vice President of the Beidou Calligraphy and Painting Academy.
The printmaking work "September Hazelnut Grove" was selected for the 7th National Art Exhibition.
The Chinese painting work "High Mountains and Long Waters Swallowing the Vast Wilderness" was selected for the exhibition "Landscape Ink Capital · Colorful Zhaoqing" — National Chinese Painting Exhibition.
Two works, "The Play" and "Little Grasshopper," were exhibited at the China National Art Museum in January 1988.
The work "September Hazelnut Grove" was exhibited at the China National Art Museum in October 1991.
Multiple bookplate works were selected for the 2nd and 3rd National Bookplate Exhibitions.
Artworks have been collected by multiple provincial art museums, including the Heilongjiang Art Museum and Yinchuan Art Museum.
1983: Admitted to Mudanjiang Agricultural Reclamation Normal School. 1986: Began studying under Mr. Shao Mingjiang and Mr. Hao Boyi in the creation of Beidahuang woodcuts. 1989: Entered the Printmaking Department of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts for further study. 1990: Enrolled in the Environmental Art Professional Certificate Program at the Central Academy of Arts and Design. 2017: Admitted to the Mei Mo-sheng Studio at the China National Academy of Painting to study landscape painting creation.
Work Experience:
1987–1989: Art teacher at Mudanjiang Agricultural Reclamation Normal School.
1991–2014: Engaged in the design and construction of indoor and outdoor environmental art.
2015–present: Engaged in Chinese painting creation.
