 Li Xiaodong, born in 1970. Graduated from the Fine Arts program of Qiqihar Higher Normal College with a bachelor's degree. Currently a member of the China Calligraphy and Painting Association, member of the Heilongjiang Province Calligraphers Association, council member of the Mudanjiang City Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of the Mudanjiang City Hard-Pen Calligraphy Art Committee, chairman of the Dongning City Calligraphers Association, member of the Dongning City Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, chairman of the trade union of Dongning No.2 Primary School, and full-time calligraphy teacher. In 1995, his calligraphy work was exhibited in the Heilongjiang Province Copying Calligraphy Exhibition. In 1995, his work was included in the Heilongjiang Province Commemorative Exhibition for the 50th Anniversary of the Victory of the Anti-Japanese War. In 1997, he won the first prize in the National Teachers' Calligraphy Competition. In 2001, he received the bronze award at the Heilongjiang Province Qunxing Award. In 2003, he received the bronze award at the "Heart for the West" China Calligraphers Invitational Exhibition. In 2004, he participated in the China-Korea Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition. In 2010, his work was selected for the Third National Fan Calligraphy Art Exhibition. In 2010, he won the first prize in Dongning's "First Artistic Masterpiece Project Award." In 2011, he participated in the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Expo. In 2012, he participated in the "Guanfeng" Calligraphy Exhibition of Teachers from the Three Northeastern Provinces. His works have been included in the "Dictionary of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters," "Collection of Masterpieces from the China Calligraphers Invitational Exhibition," "Biographical Introduction of Outstanding Calligraphy Instructors in National Youth Calligraphy," as well as published in the biographies of Mudanjiang artists, Mudanjiang Daily, Youth Calligraphy Newspaper, Poetry, Calligraphy, and Painting, and Jingpo Wind magazine.
