Sheng Zhixiang was born on June 5, 1963, in Harbin. He is currently: Heilongjiang Wangya Media Company Vice President and Producer, Member of the Heilongjiang Artists Association, Member of the Harbin Artists Association, and Council Member of the Harbin Film and Television Artists Association. With over 30 years of experience in the film and television industry, he has produced numerous films and TV dramas that have won awards. In 2018, a solo art exhibition was successfully held at the Heilongjiang Art Museum. His watercolor works have repeatedly won awards in exhibitions organized by provincial and municipal artists associations!
