Wang Zhenyou, male, Han ethnicity, born in 1973 in Huzhong, Daxing'anling. Attending physician in surgery and general practitioner. Later served as Deputy Director of the Bureau of Commerce, Director of the Bureau of Tourism, and Deputy Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission. Vice Chairman of the Huzhong District Calligraphers Association, member of the Heilongjiang Provincial Calligraphers Association and the Chinese Poetry Society. His fellow calligraphers comment: "Mountains shape water to become exquisite; people are distinguished by their land!
