Wang Jianmin

Wang Jianmin, styled Shuishi, titled Dushuren, and with the studio name Pingfu Xuan, graduated from the Chinese Language Department. He is currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphy Association, vice president of Handan Branch of Hebei Yanzhao Academy of Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting, a standing director of Handan Calligraphy Association, an outstanding professional and technical talent in Handan, a young star of Handan, the deputy director of Handan District Cultural Center, an associate researcher, a standing committee member of Handan District Political Consultative Conference, and concurrently a member of the Education, Science, Culture, Health, and Sports Committee. His calligraphy works have won important awards such as Wang Xizhi Calligraphy Award, Confucius Art Award, and Yanzhao Star Award, and have been exhibited in Japan, Taiwan, and other places. Many cultural institutions and social figures have collected his works. Mr. Xu Yu commented on his calligraphy: "It is leisurely, elegant, and full of sentiment, with great potential for further development."
