Hao Sisi

Hao Sisi; female; born in 1988 in Yongnian County, Handan City, Hebei Province, pen name: Yi Han; graduated from Western Hunan University in Hunan Province. She has been fond of calligraphy and painting since childhood, and under the influence of her family, she developed a strong interest in painting at a very young age. By the age of five, she had already picked up a paintbrush. In 2012, she studied under the renowned painter Li Xijing in Beijing. In 2013, she furthered her studies in the freehand brushwork Chinese painting course at Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts. During this time, she received guidance from contemporary meticulous-style painter He Jiaying on multiple occasions. While in school, she learned professional aesthetics knowledge and gained valuable traditional Chinese painting knowledge from some teachers who enjoyed calligraphy and painting. She also systematically studied the theory and techniques of painting art under the guidance of several masters, laying a solid foundation for her future creations. She excels in painting Buddhist figures, with vivid and finely detailed depictions in her works.
