Zhu Gengxiang

Zhu Gengxiang, a native of Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is a council member of the Xingtai Municipal Chinese Painting Association. In his early years, he was good at writing essays and composing poems, and enjoyed painting. Influenced by his cousin Chen Mengxin's artistic conception in painting, he studied under famous bird-and-flower painters Xu Ziqiao and Han Wenbin. Having lived abroad for many years, he has gained deeper understanding of Western culture and the philosophy of Chinese painting.
