Personal Profile

Zhao Shuheng has been fond of painting, seal carving, and photography since childhood. He has successively studied under Jiang Lishè, Che Laitong, Liu Gengtao, and Zhu Xiaoli, and is currently a direct disciple of the renowned painter Duan Xinran. He is a member of the Hebei Provincial Artists Association, a member of the Hebei Provincial Photographers Association, and a researcher at the Liu Kuiying Art Research Center. His seal carving work won the Second Prize at the Second Hebei Provincial Art Exhibition; "Dawn Charm of the Lotus Pond" won the First Prize in the Youth Category at the Fifth Hebei Provincial Art Exhibition; "Universal Salvation and Auspiciousness" won the Second Prize in the Youth Category at the Eighth Hebei Provincial Art Exhibition; "Festival" won the Second Prize in the Youth Category at the Ninth Hebei Provincial Art Exhibition; in September 2017, he won the Third Prize at the "Celebrating the 19th CPC National Congress" Joint Exhibition of Paintings and Calligraphy from Eleven Southern Counties of Baoding, organized by the Baoding Municipal Propaganda Department and the Federation of Literary and Art Circles; his paintings and calligraphy works have been published multiple times in the Baoding Daily.
