Fu Feng, styled as “Master of Guoguo Studio,” was born in 1971 in Hengshui, Hebei Province, and studied under Suo Zhenhai, a senior master of inside-painted snuff bottles. He specializes in painting flowers, birds, and animals, with a particular fondness for insects. His works not only inherit the Suo family’s artistic style but also feature meticulous, vivid, and lively depictions of insects, imbued with rustic charm and forming his own distinctive artistic style. His creations have received widespread acclaim and recognition from collectors both domestically and internationally. His works have won numerous awards in various competitions and possess high collectible value. In 2016, he was jointly conferred the title of “Hebei Folk Arts and Crafts Master” by the Hebei Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Hebei Folklore Association, and the Hebei Folk Arts and Crafts Masters Evaluation Committee.
