Gao Wenqing, female, born in Cangzhou, Hebei, currently residing in Beijing. Member of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, Vice President of Zhongqi Art & Culture Academy, National Gift Master Artist, First-Class Visual Artist, Director of the China Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Association, Member of the China National Arts & Crafts Association, Director of the United Nations Calligraphy and Painting Association, Member of the Chinese People's Artists Association, Member of the China Haiyue Calligraphy and Painting Association, Member of the China Qingfeng Calligraphy and Painting Association, Deputy Director of Development Department at China Release Network, President of Dongfanghong Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Art Consultant for Beijing Minnan Cultural & Creative Industry Chamber of Commerce. 　　Innately intelligent since childhood, she has loved calligraphy and painting art, focusing primarily on painting, specializing in fish and peonies. She studied under Mr. He Jianguo, a direct disciple of the master painter Li Keran. Upholding artistic innovation, she draws from diverse strengths to form her own unique artistic style. Her works deeply study traditional Chinese art, integrating the essence of Chinese ink painting, possessing a distinctive elegance. 　　Her works have been published in numerous national periodicals and have repeatedly won awards at national, provincial, and ministerial levels. Her calligraphy and painting works have been collected by enterprises, institutions, and private collectors in the United States, Russia, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and elsewhere within China. 　　The work "Deep Affection" won first prize in the "Welcome the Spring Festival Calligraphy and Painting Activity" organized by the Beijing Writing and Calligraphy Association Committee. 　　The work "Good Fortune Ahead" won first prize in the "Famous Artists' Calligraphy and Paintings into Every Home" event hosted by the Beijing Writing Association. 　　The works "Good Fortune Ahead" and "Nine Dragons Painting" were collected by the China General’s Calligraphy and Painting Academy. 　　Awarded the title of "Peace Artist" during the large-scale World Peace Artists Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition. 　　Her work received an Excellence Award in the "Splendor of Beautiful China Across Ten Thousand Miles" national exhibition celebrating the 65th anniversary of the founding of the PRC, hosted by People's Daily's "Journalism Frontline." 　　Her work received an Excellence Award in the "December 2014 Chinese Integrity Culture Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition." 　　Her work won the Chinese Painting Excellence Award at the charity event promoting love and support for the disabled held in Beijing. 　　Her work received the Contribution Award at the Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall Love for the Party, Love for the Military, Love for the People Education event hosted by the Phoenix Modern Calligraphy and Painting Culture and Art Center. 　　In 2015, awarded the Contribution Award for Promoting Specialty Culture and Geographical Indication Culture as a calligrapher and painter. 　　Her work was awarded the Calligraphy and Painting Contribution Award by the World Chinese Entrepreneurs Federation at the "19th World Chinese Entrepreneurs Conference & Chinese Traditional Culture Awards Ceremony." 　　In 2016, sponsored the "Sunshine Youth Craft Project Launch and Strongest Kids Season 2 Public Welfare Grand Ceremony," caring for the healthy growth of left-behind children and focusing on youth mental and physical well-being! 　　On December 30, 2016, awarded "Public Welfare and Love Ambassador" at the Prosperous China Calligraphy and Painting Masters Spring Festival Gala hosted by CCTV. 　　On January 20, 2017, awarded (Love Ambassador) at the 1st China Craft Spring Festival Gala. 　　On August 19, 2017, during the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland, specially held at the Hong Kong Art Centre: "Hong Kong’s Tomorrow Will Be Better – Invitational Exhibition of Famous Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Hong Kong's Return," her work was exhibited, making outstanding contributions to cross-strait cultural exchange. 　　On August 28, 2017, in the national competition "Ink Heart and Red Soul 2017 – Fine Collection of Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Masters Exhibition Welcoming the Victory of the 19th CPC National Congress," won the Silver Award; her work and biography were included in the collection "Celebrating the 19th CPC National Congress – Great Dictionary of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters in the Republic's History," and was conferred the honorary title of "Outstanding Achievement Award for Calligraphy and Painting Masters of the Republic." 　　In August 2017, her artworks were collected by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Calligraphy and Painting Academy. 　　In 2018, honored with the title of "People's Artist," a key recommendation by the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). 　　In 2018, after public, serious, and strict review by the judging committee, her calligraphy/painting works won the Gold Award at the "Carrying Forward the Spirit of the Two Sessions, Welcoming the New Era" celebrity and master artists’ friendship meeting hosted by China Central Television. 　　On January 1, 2018, awarded the Annual Outstanding Contribution Award for Cultural Exchange at the "World Chinese Cultural Exchange China Dream Ten-Thousand-Mile Journey Hong Kong Cultural Tour and 2018 New Year Celebration Gala." 　　On January 10, 2018, after fair, serious, and strict review by the evaluation committee of the China Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Association, the General Department of the Chinese Generals' Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and Beijing Zhongshi TV Channel Calligraphy and Painting Academy, her calligraphy/painting works won the Gold Award at the 2018 New Year Celebrity and Master Artists Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition. 　　On January 14, 2018, after public, serious, and strict review by the evaluation committee, her calligraphy/painting works won the Gold Award at the 2018 New Year Celebrity and Master Artists Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition. 　　On March 8, 2018, awarded the Outstanding Contribution Award for Cultural Exchange at the "World Chinese Cultural Exchange China Dream Ten-Thousand-Mile Journey and Hong Kong Chinese Influence Awards Ceremony." 　　On March 15, 2018, recognized for outstanding performance during the 2018 "3.15" Consumer Rights Day and the CCTV television public welfare event. 　　On March 30, 2018, made selfless contributions and strong support at the public welfare event "Celebrating the Successful Conclusion of the Central Two Sessions – Commemorating the 120th Anniversary of the Beloved Founding Leader Premier Zhou Enlai." 　　On September 26, 2018, invited to participate in CCTV's "Dance China" trip to Cambodia, promoting the thoughts of General Secretary Xi Jinping, performing "Sing a Song for You" and exhibiting Chinese calligraphy and paintings in Cambodia. In Tianjin, she auctioned her calligraphy and painting works on-site, donating nearly two hundred thousand yuan to a foundation supporting the disabled and students, donated sweaters worth thirty thousand yuan to the Sichuan earthquake disaster area, donated calligraphy and painting works to border defense troops in Quanzhou, Fujian, donated calligraphy and painting works to the Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall in Tianjin, and donated works valued at fifteen hundred thousand yuan to the Ren'ai Elderly Care Home in Chaoyang District, Beijing, winning the Filial Piety Contribution Award and being conferred the title of "Ren'ai Public Welfare Ambassador."
