Personal Profile

Li Qinghua, also known as Li Erlong, born in 1989, is a native of Hebei Raoyang.His works convey emotion through brushstrokes, shaped by a journey filled with dust and wind, and guided by many mentors. In external painting, he received instruction and assistance from Mr. Liu Ying of the county cultural center; for inner painting, he studied under Master Li Xuegang, later receiving guidance from Wang Xisan, the founder of the Ji School of inner painting,,and subsequently became a disciple of Mr. Wang Ziyong and Mrs. Wang Haili, Wang Xisan’s son and daughter-in-law,further advancing his skills under Master Dong Xue, a renowned inner painting artist,from whom he greatly benefited. Continuously pursuing and exploring art, he draws inspiration from traditional paintings to create his own distinctive inner painting style. His works primarily focus on animals, especially tigers, which he renders with vivid realism and masterful brushwork; he also creates landscapes and bird-and-flower compositions.
At the Fourth "Xisan Cup" Inner Painting Art Competition, his work "Pine Valley Tiger Majesty" won the Animal Excellence Award. He has participated multiple times in the "Dafang Wuyu" Contemporary Inner Painting Art Exhibition and various national and provincial fine art exhibitions.
