Nizi Qinge, also known as Xuegang Ni. Stage names: Yixin, Yixin, Yi Xin. Owner of Pin Yixuan. He is a provincial-level master of fine arts in Hebei Province, a member of the Chinese Snuff Bottle Research Association, and an international intangible cultural heritage inheritor of inner painting. Born in Hengshui City, Hebei Province in 1970, he graduated from Hebei Academy of Fine Arts. In 1990, he began to engage in inner painting art and received careful guidance from the masters Wang Jiuzhou and Lu Chuan. His inner painting skills are exquisite and unconventional. In 2017, through Master Lu Chuan's introduction, he became a disciple of Master Dong Xue, a protégé of Wang Xisan, and received the true transmission of the Dong style of inner painting, making his skills progress rapidly. He has become an elite in the field of inner painting and later received guidance from the grandmaster Wang Xisan, becoming a backbone force in the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage of inner painting. In 2000, he personally established the Pin Yi Xuan Inner Painting Art Studio, making outstanding contributions to the inheritance of inner painting. His works are exquisitely natural, with a dynamic charm. The brushwork is unconventional, and the ink method is free and unrestrained. They are deeply loved by collectors at home and abroad. His works have won many international craft awards and have been collected by international friends from the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Singapore, etc. His main works focus on animals, portraits, landscapes. Representative works such as "The Distant Wind", "Candlelight", "Mei Lanfang", "Hundred Tigers Scroll", "Buddha Child Zen Heart" and others have been included in books such as "Contemporary Art", "Nine States Calligraphy and Painting", "Ji Painting and Calligraphy Art", "International Craft Art", etc. In 1999, he participated in the Hebei Provincial Craft Art Exhibition and won the second prize. In 2001, he won the Excellent Award of the National Heritage Art Treasure. In 2003, his works "The Distant Wind" and "Hundred Tigers Scroll" were collected and included in the book "Selected Works of Chinese Inner Painting" published abroad. In 2006, he personally established the Pin Yi Xuan Inner Painting Art Research Institute. In 2008, he went to Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore for artistic exchanges. In 2011, he obtained membership in the China Craft Artists Association. In 2014, he participated in the Beijing Snuff Bottle Year Exhibition. In 2015, he was invited to inherit the art of inner painting at the Palace Museum in Beijing, becoming the third-generation inheritor of inner painting snuff bottles.
