Li Hongqi, male, born in May 1964, member of the Communist Party of China, education: high school. Enlisted in October 1982, returned to civilian work in September 1987, engaged in film distribution, projection, and fine arts work up to the present. Currently a member of the Zhongxuan Shengshi International Academy of Calligraphy and Painting.
      Since childhood, I have been deeply fond of fine arts and vocal music. During elementary and secondary school, I frequently painted bulletin boards and performed in programs, earning the appreciation of my art and music teachers. I participated multiple times in school-organized art competitions and cultural performances, gaining popularity among teachers, students, and the general public. After enlisting in 1982, I received valuable training in the military, serving successively as squad leader and clerk. In 1986, I was transferred to the regimental film unit, engaging in film projection, art editing, and news production. I participated multiple times in dual-use military-civilian talent training programs for fine arts. In 1987, I returned to Guyuan County to engage in film projection and fine arts publicity work. I have participated repeatedly in calligraphy and painting exhibitions at provincial, municipal, and county levels. In 1989, my film promotional poster “Red Spider” was selected for inclusion in the Fourth Fine Arts Exhibition of the Hebei Provincial Film System. In 1991, I won second prize in a calligraphy competition held in Guyuan County.
