Personal Profile
Fan Zhenjiang, a native of Hebei, holds a university degree and is a senior teacher as well as a national first-class painter. His painting and calligraphy works feature a fresh style that appeals to both refined and popular tastes. He has participated in national, provincial, and municipal painting and calligraphy exhibitions, winning numerous awards and honors. Many of his works have been collected by foreign ambassadors and friends from Germany, South Korea, Bulgaria, Colombia, and other countries.
He studied at the China Academy of Flower-and-Bird Painting, the Academy of Arts & Design of Tsinghua University, and the Ministry of Culture's Advanced Research Program, under the guidance of renowned contemporary masters of painting and calligraphy such as Xu Zhan, Wang Yuechuan, Mei Mosheng, Li Aiguo, Li Zheng, and Li Duo.
Currently, he is a national gift artist with the China Cultural and Art Talents Committee, a council member and guest researcher at the China Cultural Information Association, a senior painter with the Ministry of Culture, vice president of Zhongyiming Beijing Painting and Calligraphy Academy, a council member of Guoyi People's Painting and Calligraphy Institute, a member of the National Federation of Famous Painters and Calligraphers, a member of the Hebei branch of the China Artists Association, vice president of Qufu Hongru Painting and Calligraphy Academy, a council member of the Hebei Provincial Association for the Promotion of Traditional Culture, and art director of "China Art Exhibition Network."
He has been awarded honorary titles such as "Renowned Chinese Red Calligraphy Master," "One of China's Top 100 Calligraphy and Ceramic Art Masters," and "Outstanding Artist of the Chinese Dream in Painting and Calligraphy."
