Bai Ruisheng, born in 1960, is from Tangshan, Hebei Province. A member of the Communist Party of China and a senior police officer.
Currently:
Member of the China National Public Security Artists Association and Calligraphers Association;
Member of the Hebei Artists Association;
Council Member of the Tangshan Artists Association.
Graduated from Qi Baishi Art Correspondence College, specializing in freehand brushwork landscape painting.
In 1996, his works were selected for the first national "Ruziniu Cup" Painting and Calligraphy Competition hosted by the China Artists Association;
In 2006, he obtained the highest level ten qualification in the National Painting and Calligraphy Grading Assessment;
In 2007, his works participated in the Enterprise Sector Art Competition organized by Hebei Artists Association and won an Excellence Award;
In 2008, his works were selected for the Olympic Journey Painting and Calligraphy Competition held by the Olympic Committee and won a Silver Award;
In 2015, his works were selected for the National Public Security Traffic Police Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition, and the same year were also selected for the Hebei Public Security Artists Association's Art and Calligraphy Exhibition commemorating the 70th Anniversary of the Victory of the War of Resistance, winning an Excellence Award.
