Personal Profile

Sun Haodong, a native of Luquan District, Shijiazhuang, is an educator who graduated from the Art Department of Hebei Normal University. His works are bright and substantial, emphasizing both color and ink, appealing to both refined and popular tastes, especially renowned for his paintings of roosters and peonies. He has participated in numerous art exhibitions within and outside the province, and his works are deeply loved by a wide range of calligraphy and painting enthusiasts. Currently, he serves as Vice Dean of the Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Academy of Hebei Traditional Culture Promotion Association, Invited Painter for China Education Television’s “Ink and Wash” and “Celebrity Interview” programs, Vice President of Shijiazhuang Branch of China Huaxia Ten Thousand Miles Calligraphers and Painters Association, Invited Painter of Hebei Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Member of Hebei Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, and Member of Shijiazhuang Artists Association.
