Yuan Hailiang
Yuan Hailiang, native of Hengshui, Hebei. Poet and journalist, member of the Chinese Poetry Society, member of the Chinese Poetry Association, member of the China Young Writers Association, member of the Hebei Caifeng Association, member of the Hengshui Writers Association of Hebei Province, President of Jingyaxuan Literary Society, Director of the Gucheng County Writers Association. Long-term contracted writer for "Contemporary Campus Literature", Editor-in-Chief of "Gucheng Literature and Art", Editorial Board Member of "Gucheng Elderly". In 2017, was awarded the title of "China's Modern Outstanding Poet", and previously won the third prize in the poetry category of the Hebei Literary and Art "Caifeng Award".
Previously served as a news reporter for security during the Beijing Olympic Games, published over one hundred news articles on major websites including China News Network, China Economic Network, China Web TV, NetEase, Hebei Communist Party Members Network, Hebei News Network, Great Wall Network, and Hengshui News Network.
Since 2008, has authored over 1,500 poems, essays, news pieces, and novels, with personal anthologies including "The Past Is Not Like Smoke", "Butterflies Fly and Fly", "Picking Up Memories", "Fragrance Along the Paths of the World", etc. Mid-length novels include "Salute to Youth" and "Promise"; the martial arts novel "Willow Leaf Ice at the Ends of the Earth" is currently in progress.
