Wang Qi, with the pen name Xiao Bai, began artistic creation under this name in 2010. He is currently the vice chairman of Hainan Calligraphy and Painting Art Network, a member of Hainan Qi Baishi Art Research Association, a member of Hebei Poetry Association, a member of Hebei Free Verse Research Association, and the assistant secretary-general of the Women's Committee of Hebei Poetry Association.
