Personal Profile
Han Chunxiang, also known as Han Chunfeng, was born in 1979 in Hejian City, Hebei Province. Passionate about painting since childhood, she began studying inside-painting in 1998 and received meticulous guidance from numerous renowned masters of the Beijing and Hebei schools of inside-painting. In 2017, to further enhance her inside-painting skills and acquire professional knowledge of traditional Chinese painting, she enrolled in the Fine Arts Department of Cangzhou Normal University, where she received dedicated instruction from professional instructors. In 2018, she formally became an apprentice of Mr. Dong Xue, a master of Chinese inside-painting art, tirelessly striving for artistic advancement in inside-painting. Her painting subjects are diverse; she excels in meticulous brushwork depicting flowers, birds, landscapes, and figures. Her works feature a distinctive style, innovative concepts, a fresh and elegant aesthetic, and refined, deeply skilled brushwork with accurate and dynamic forms. Her flawless creations and unique artistic style have garnered praise from numerous masters of craft design and attracted widespread attention from inside-painting enthusiasts. Despite the acclaim, Han Chunxiang always maintains a humble and grounded attitude, adhering steadfastly to her own creative philosophy, gradually transforming her artistic visions into exquisite masterpieces. In recent years, she has increasingly been recognized by the inside-painting collecting community as one of China’s most promising young artists.
In 2018, she founded Wangyun Xuan (inscribed by Wang Xisan, founder of the Chinese Hebei School of Inside-Painting) Inside-Painting Art Studio — a comprehensive art studio integrating the creation and research of inside-painting snuff bottles, calligraphy and painting creation, exchange and training, as well as the sale of artworks and crafts.
The studio is located in a village beside the ancient Yang River, away from urban noise, with an elegant environment close to nature. The studio is committed to creating a relaxed, comfortable, and artistically inspiring space, welcoming friends who love painting art to visit, exchange ideas, offer guidance, or study here.
