 Su Shan, art name Sanqiu, is a renowned Chinese painter and calligrapher and a National First-Class Artist. In 2016, she furthered her studies at the Capital Museum Academy of Painting, studying under the famous painter Mr. Xu Jun, and was deeply influenced by the Northern School of Painting in Beijing. She has also studied under renowned masters such as Zhang Shuli, Cheng Zhenguo, Zhang Fuxing, and Liu Liyong. Currently, she is a council member of the Yanshan Art Association in Guilin, a senior painter, a specially invited painter of the Guangxi Provincial Academy of Chinese Painting, and a member of the Guangxi Artists Association. Beijing Fengtai Art Association member, and a full-time painter at the Huaxia Famous Artists Academy of Painting and Calligraphy.
       Her artistic characteristics are as follows: First, she draws inspiration from nature, creating fresh and vibrant compositions, as seen in her representative works such as "Spring Gaze" and "Garden Talk"; Second, her works achieve a transcendent mastery of nature, exuding unique charm. Representative pieces such as "Bright Sunshine," "Cool Riverbank Basking in Gentle Breezes," and "Mysterious Deer in Longyan Gorge" employ special techniques that surpass conventional hand-painting methods and are nearly impossible to replicate, thus possessing significant collection value and appreciation potential. Numerous works and biographical entries have been included in over 80 major reference books and art albums, including "Famous Chinese Painters and Calligraphers of the 20th Century" and "Biographical Dictionary of World Painters and Calligraphers." Her works have been exhibited at the China Art Museum and have toured exhibitions in the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, earning multiple prestigious awards and being collected by museums and collectors both domestically and internationally. "Garden Talk" was selected for the "Mingde. Herong" 2016 National Chinese Painting Exhibition, and "Cool Riverbank Basking in Gentle Breezes" won the Excellence Award at the Commemorative Exhibition for the 2500th Anniversary of Yangzhou's Founding — "Danqing Yangzhou" National Chinese Painting Exhibition. "Linquan High Aspirations" received the Gold Award at the 2nd China (Ningxia) International Auto Show & the 10th China Western (Yinchuan) RV Expo. Her painting and calligraphy works are sold on the international market at a price of $1,000 per square foot.
