Huang Yi: Zi Shangru, Hao Chanmo Shanren. Guangxi native, Zhuang ethnic group, CPC member, Master’s degree holder. Formerly served as Secretary to the Governor of Nanning Region, Head of the Secretariat Section, Deputy County Magistrate of Hengxian County, Director of the Chongzuo Municipal Tourism Bureau, and Deputy Secretary-General of the Chongzuo Municipal Government. Currently serving as Chairman of Guangxi Deyi Tianxia Tourism Planning & Investment Co., Ltd., Executive President of the Guangxi China-ASEAN Medical Care & Health Association, and Member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association.
Specializes in running script, clerical script, and a hybrid style blending clerical and cursive scripts, emphasizing harmonious integration of character sizes in a contemporary calligraphic style.
In recent years, he has participated multiple times in national calligraphy and painting competitions, winning six gold medals, one silver medal, and one first prize. He has been honored with titles including “Chinese Red Culture Calligrapher-Painter,” “One of the Hundred Outstanding Figures in Eastern Calligraphy and Painting,” and “One of the Hundred Chinese Cultural Inheritors — National Gift (Red Porcelain) Master of Calligraphy.” For many years, he has actively participated in regional exhibitions and public art activities, freely instructing enthusiasts in calligraphy and painting, and donating numerous calligraphic and artistic works, making significant contributions to promoting and inheriting calligraphy and painting culture.
In my artistic journey, calligraphy and painting have become an integral part of my life. Photography is also an art I deeply love. In my spare time, I frequently capture natural landscapes through my lens, presenting the magnificent and diverse beauty of our motherland.
