         Chen Shujian, pen name Chen Jian, is from Deqing, Guangdong and settled in Foshan. He is currently a registered calligraphy teacher of the China Calligraphers Association, member of the China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, national first-class art master. He is a specially appointed painter of the China National Classic Painting and Calligraphy Academy, and the director of the Foshan Color Ink Peony Painting and Calligraphy Academy.
        His works often participate in major national painting and calligraphy exhibitions and competitions and have won awards, been exhibited, and compiled. His works have been widely publicized by major media and newspapers. News reports about him have been simultaneously published on multiple media platforms such as Toutiao, Sohu, NetEase, Sina, Baidu, Africa Times, and Chinese Headlines. He was recommended as the 2016 Haobrand Influential Painter. In 2017, he was awarded the title of "Influential Figure in the Art Industry" by Decision China and was admitted into the China Influential Figures Database. In 2018, his work as a member of the China National Classic Painting and Calligraphy Academy was recognized by the Guinness World Records for a thousand-meter long scroll and received an individual honor certificate. His works are highly collected by many famous people and connoisseurs.
        Chen Jian is not only an artist with both moral integrity and artistic excellence, but also a caring painter.
