Lin Huaqiang, male, born in January 1973, is a native of Jie County, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province. His studio name is Yuwen Pavilion. He is currently a member of the Guangdong Calligraphy and Painting Arts Research Association, a member of the Guangdong Community Cultural Arts Promotion Association, a member of the Huangpu District Calligraphers Association of Guangzhou, a member of the Guangzhou Huangpu Poetry Society, secretary of the Guangzhou Yushan Calligraphy Society and the Spring Festival Couplets Group, a member of the Jieyang Branch of the International Chao-Shan Calligraphy and Painting Association, a member of the Dongguan Couplets Association, a calligraphy teacher of the "Family Harmony, All Things Prosperous - Helping the Chinese Dream" team, a specially invited calligrapher of the Guangzhou Boya Art Academy.
I have been deeply interested in calligraphy since childhood, and I was a disciple of the calligrapher Lin Wuzhi. My works have been commented on by renowned calligraphers such as Lu Youguang, Xu Hongji, Chen Chunsheng, Qin Datong, and artists such as Cheng Jiahuan. My works have been published multiple times in the "Guangzhou Wenzhai Daily", and in the "Jieyang Daily". In recent years, I have participated in calligraphy exchanges in Hong Kong, and have been invited to sites such as Shenzhen Baoyun Automobile Company, Dongguan Moutai Boutique, and Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area for live calligraphy performances. I have been frequently invited to malls and communities for live spring festival couplets activities. My works are recognized by merchants in Singapore, Yunnan, Liaoning, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Changsha, Huizhou, and the Eastern Guangdong region.
