Mr. Chen Ruiqi, born in 1948 in Hong Kong, is a native of Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. He has served as the Deputy Secretary of the Committee of Hetang Town, Jiangmen City, and has held positions such as General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Jiangmen Forestry Economic Development Co., Ltd., Jiangmen Pengjiang District Xinchao Industrial and Commercial Development Co., Ltd., Heyu Jin Mining Co., Ltd. of Jilin Province, Guangdong Dayue New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Heyu Investment Co., Ltd.
Mr. Chen Ruiqi has always been passionate about calligraphy and painting, regarding art as his life. In his early years, he exchanged artistic insights with renowned Chinese painters and calligraphers such as Master Kong Zhaojin and "the One Finger of China" Zhang Guojun, gaining profound benefits. Later, he was specially admitted by Master Kong Zhaojin as his last disciple.
For many years, in his spare time, he has devoted himself to the arts of calligraphy and painting, loving life and embracing nature. The persistent burden and loneliness have alternated, but they have never strayed from the feelings and passion for calligraphy and painting that have always been part of Mr. Chen Ruiqi's life, thus forming the artist's beautiful garden of art and his unique artistic world.
Mr. Chen Ruiqi's excellent works have frequently won awards in large exhibitions at home and abroad. In particular, his Chinese painting work "Fu Lu Shou" won the Outstanding Award of the China Art Award at the "11th National Art Exhibition of China Painting Exhibition"; in the national "Hanmo Cup" Poetry, Calligraphy, and Painting Grand Prize Competition, his calligraphy work won the first prize in the calligraphy group. Mr. Chen Ruiqi is currently the last disciple of Kong Zhaojin, the 72nd descendant of Confucius; Vice Chairman of the Chinese Hanmo Calligraphy and Painting Research Committee; Honorary President of the Jianghai District Artists Association of Jiangmen City; Honorary Chairman of the Second Term of the Jianghai District Artists Association of Jiangmen City; Member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association; Member of the Chinese Artists Association; Artist on the List of National "Jinding" Cultural and Artistic Masters; and a Senior Level Fine Arts Professional.
 In 2019, he was awarded the honorary title of "China's Most Influential Artist of the Contemporary Era" by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
