Li Zhuorui, native of Chantemple Six Ancestor's Hometown, Xinxing County, Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, born in October 1967, with a high school education.Started working in 1985, currently works at the Xinxing Branch of Yunnan Tobacco Yunfu City Co., Ltd., as an office worker.Influenced by his parents since childhood, he has a strong interest in Chinese calligraphy and painting. He once won first place in the school-wide calligraphy and painting competition. During his working period, he used his spare time and evenings to practice calligraphy, often using soft brushes to copy medical classics (such as the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon and Treatise on Cold Damage) to enhance his skills. He won the second prize in the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the Party's establishment in the Yunfu Tobacco System Calligraphy and Painting Competition.
Calligraphy and painting have always been a part of my life's hobby and pursuit. I often read famous brushwork copies, studying them with great enthusiasm, gathering good teachers and friends to discuss together. In 2018, he participated in the "Beijing" Sixth Calligraphy and Cultural Arts Competition and won third place, and also won third place in the first China Calligraphy Academy Cup Competition. He is currently a member of the China Calligraphy Academy and a senior calligrapher. In 2019, he participated in the first "Global Lingnan Calligraphy and Painting Competition" and won second place in painting. In 2020, he won the special gold award in the third "China Calligraphy Academy Cup" calligraphy competition.
The artistic career of calligraphy is another new starting point in my life, just like before, still that naive, carefree young man who ran with the wind. I am making contributions to promote the revival of Chinese culture of 5000 years and the core values of socialism.
