Luo Bin, courtesy name: Boxian, born in August 1987, from Qin'an County, Gansu Province, currently residing in Xi’an, ink painter, member of the China Artists Association, member of the Art Committee of the Ministry of Culture, academician of the Meiling Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, council member of the Shaanxi Calligraphy and Painting Association, member of the Xi’an Artists Association, specializes in: landscape and bird-and-flower painting. Possesses exceptional artistic talent, with profound insight and unique perspectives on Chinese painting; his works are deeply meaningful and elevate the spirit, exerting wide influence. His creations have won numerous awards at national, provincial, and municipal levels. Through long-term practice in art education, he has cultivated a large number of influential painters. Since 2015, he has focused on loess landscape painting, dedicated to promoting the folk culture of northwest China and the honest, simple mountain spirit of its people.
