 Personal Profile

Shi Wanlong, male, Han nationality, born in November 1964, from Wuwei, Gansu Province. He joined work in July 1985 and is a member of the Communist Party of China with a university education. He is currently employed at the Liangzhou District Water Resources Bureau in Wuwei City, Gansu Province. He has previously worked in multiple departments at the county and district levels, including education, civil affairs, and forestry, and was honored as an advanced individual by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China.
I have a passion for calligraphy and have practiced small regular script, running regular script, and board writing. My calligraphy works have been published in newspapers such as the Wuwei Daily and Xiliang Evening News. In 2013, I wrote the Constitution of the Communist Party of China and poet Yan Zhen’s “Chinese Dream” in small regular script as a 24-meter-long scroll, which was continuously broadcast on Wuwei Television’s Liangzhou Channel as a tribute to the 92nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.
Art has no limits, skills vary in level, and the sea of learning has no shores. This time, I take “Learning, Exchanging, Making Friends, and Improving” as my competition motto, and “Do not seek praise for color bright, but leave pure fragrance to fill the universe” as my life motto, pursuing my dreams with unwavering dedication.
