Personal Profile

Pei Jinghai, a senior professor of fine arts, is from Tianshui City, Gansu Province. He graduated from the Department of Fine Arts at Northwest Normal University. He is a council member of the China International Arts and Crafts Artists Association, a member of the China Art Education Research Association, a member of the China Calligraphy Education Research Association, and a member of the Gansu Provincial Artists Association. He serves as an expert judge on the Fine Arts Panel of the Senior Professional Title Evaluation Committee for teachers at both municipal and provincial levels, and is a specially invited painter and calligrapher at the Provincial Art Gallery. Currently, he is employed at Beijing Ink Ocean Art Academy.
