Huang Qiang, from Gansu Lingtai, currently resides in Beijing, and is a professional painter and calligrapher. He graduated from the College of Arts and Crafts at Hebei University, and formerly served as an editor at the People's Fine Arts Publishing House. In 2018, he studied in the Advanced Research Class for Landscape Painting under Jia Youfu at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is currently a featured artist for the Australia Sydney Art and Calligraphy Network, a council member of the China Institute of Calligraphy and Painting Art, a member of the Chinese Association of Bangshu Calligraphers, secretary-general of the China Association of Calligraphy, Painting and Seal Carving Artists, and director of the Yue Fei Culture Research Center. His cartoons, calligraphy, and traditional Chinese paintings have been published and introduced by over a thousand national newspapers and magazines, including CCTV, the People's Daily, Southern Weekend, and Reader. He has authored publications such as "Fables Every Chinese Should Know" and "A Record of CPPCC Members' Duties."
